Kharkiv O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy named after O.M. Beketov (KhNUUE named O.M. Beketov), is one of the unique higher educational institutions. In addition to being the only industry university in the country, which provides training for managers and engineers in all areas of operation, management and development of cities and regions, outstanding masters of architecture, urban planning, urban economy, famous scientists and talented teachers, whose names adorn the glorious pages of the history of the higher school of Ukraine.

The University cooperates with higher educational institutions and companies – world and industry leaders from 26 countries of the world. The University has a number of cultural and educational centers -Ukrainian-Polish, Ukrainian-Canadian and Ukrainian-Lebanese, thanks to which one can learn a foreign language and travel in the partner countries. KhNUUE named O.M. Beketov is a member of the International Association of Universities and the Network of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration in Central and Eastern Europe (NISPAcee), a regular participant in international grant programs KhNUUE named O.M. Beketov has established himself as a reliable business partner in the field of architecture, construction and reconstruction, engineering ecology, municipal and regional energy, sustainable urban and regional development, road and transport, urban economy, tourism and hotel and restaurant business, housing and communal services. The University has become the repeated winner of national exhibition events and occupies high places in international rankings of higher educational institutions (Webometrics, etc.).
